What’s the payment policy?

The hunt is to be paid at the after the hunt is over, only with cash or
personal US checks. A 5% charge will be applied to US checks, (part of the
fee local banks charge us). Sorry for the inconvenience. But, there is a 3%
discount on cash payment.

Are there any activities for non-shooting guests?
There are city tours and sightseeing tours in and around Cordoba City offered by a bilingual tourist guide.
How many hunters can you accommodate at one time? Is it possible to arrange for a private lodge?

“La Camila” lodge is an Estancia (kind of Argentinean ranch) located 50 miles to the east of Córdoba city, one hour drive by van from Cordoba airport. It’s equipped with double 11 in-suit bedrooms with air-conditioning, heating, Internet and WI-FI. Exclusive use of the lodge is for groups of at least 8 hunters and upon availability.

Is there a dress code at the lodge?
No, there is no dress code at the lodge and the atmosphere is very casual and informal.
Do you have high speed Internet connections and phone reception?
Yes. We have high speed Wi-Fi Internet service available for your use as well as phone reception.
Can I connect our electronic equipment at the lodge?
Yes, there are electric outlets, converters and adaptors available for your use.
How far is the drive to the fields?

Drive to the roosts is between 20 and 40 minutes long.

What guns are available for rental?

We have Benelli Montefeltro shotguns, all semiautomatic and 20 gauge, brand
new and in perfect conditions and we replace them every 2 years.

Am I allowed to bring my own shotgun shells?
No. You cannot bring shotgun shells into Argentina. Argentina’s RENAR officials will confiscate your shells and question you harshly if you try to do so.
What kind of shells are available?

We have 12, 20, and 28 gauge shotgun shells available.

 

What documents will I need when traveling to Argentina?<br />

If you are a US citizen, you do not need to apply for a visa, you only need
to bring a valid passport.

Once I decide to book a trip, what do I have to do to reserve my dates?

We require a deposit of US$ 500 per hunter. In case of cancellation, deposits can be valid for a period of 2 years.

Who will pick us up at the airport?

In Cordoba, JJCaceria staff will meet you and drive you to the lodge. We also have drivers in Buenos Aires who can transfer you between airports.

Are any special vaccines required?
There aren’t any special shots that are required for traveling to Argentina.

 

 

What is the weather like?
-December to February, it’s summer, with temperatures between 80 to 90 degrees and lows between 50 and 60 degrees.

-March to June is fall, the highest temperatures are between 60 and 70 degrees and the lowest between 40 to 50 degrees.
-July to September is winter with highs between 50 and 70 degrees and lows between 30 and 40 degrees.

-October to early December is spring with highs between 70 and 80 and lows between 50 and 60 degrees.

 

Is Argentina a safe country?
Argentina is probably the safest country in South America, and there are usually no threats directed against travelers or foreign tourists in Argentina.
